Rules & Regulations
1. General Eligibility
The festival is open to filmmakers, producers, film production companies, tourism organizations, and cultural institutions from around the world.
Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information and for ensuring that they hold the necessary rights to the submitted work.
2. Eligible Works
Works must relate to tourism, culture, heritage, nature, travel, tourism destinations, or other themes aligned with the objectives of the festival.
Films must have been produced after the date specified by the festival. (The exact eligible production date for each edition will be announced accordingly.)
3. Language & Subtitles
All films whose original language is not English must include English subtitles.
4. Film Submission
Submissions may only be made through the official platforms designated by the festival.
After final submission, any editing or replacement of submitted materials will only be permitted with the approval of the festival secretariat.
5. Film Selection
All submitted works will be reviewed by the Selection Committee.
The decisions of the Selection Committee and Jury are final and not subject to appeal.
6. Screening of Selected Works
Selected films may be screened as part of the festival’s official program.
The festival reserves the right to use brief excerpts from selected films, including trailers or excerpts of up to three minutes, solely for festival publicity, promotional, and informational purposes.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual and commercial rights to the work remain with the rights holder.
Submitting a film constitutes the applicant’s acceptance of the festival’s Rules & Regulations.
